With just less than 72 hours to the most elegant evening of E-City and preparations nearing end, RCE is about to enter yet a new beginning, with the new Rotary Year Light Up Rotary a new Board led by a very beautiful lass to whom this post is dedicated to. July 19th both marks the birthday for the club and installation party for the incoming Board that will lead the club through the one year it will be in session. With powers bestowed upon the new Board, a new set of responsibilities will befall them; achieve more than the previous Board did – in terms of initiating more community project, international service activities, professional development initiatives for the members and the sorrounding community and the fun part, more club service (bondings) for the club.
Betty, the upcoming President 2014/15. In my own words, she’s that one lady who puts the interests of the club first and has the heart of serving the community. She has the Rotary spirit, the will to Serve Others Above Herself and I can’t be more proud to serve my second term as International Service Director under her leadership. With an upcoming community flagship project and a twinning project, I know with her will achieve a lot.
